SIMPLE BREATHING EXCERCISE TO BEGIN MEDITATION AND PRAYER

This can also act as a protective device against psychic danger. Breath in through left nostril, close left nostril gently with thumb, breath out through left. Repeat this circle three times only. Now breath in and out twice, using both nostrils. Gently slowly, deeply. Now you can meditate, concentrate direct the power as you wish.

                               WHATEVER PRINCIPLE I GIVE TO YOU DO IT NOW DO NOT WAIT TILL THE
